Ashton graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2020. Ashton has seven years of experience working within the spa environment and five years experience as an RMT within the wellness community. Massage therapy treatments consist of first reviewing the clients health history followed by informed consent for treatment. Treatment techniques consist of a combination of swedish massage techniques, myofascial release, deep tissue and trigger point release. Additional to Ashton’s RMT training she has also completed extra training in prenatal massage, arthritis, neurology, cupping and gua sha.

Jessica graduated from New Earth College in 2014 with a diploma in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture and has been practicing since. She is a member of the College of Acupuncture of PEI, as well as a member of the Maritime Association of Registered Acupuncturists. Jessica offers a variety of therapeutic treatments including, acupuncture, cupping, Tuina (a Chinese massage technique), gua sha, aromatherapy, and reflexology.
